Good morning, Traders…

Welcome to the final trading hour of the week (and quarter)… also known as triple witching.

That means stock index futures, index options, and single-stock options all expire today.

Expect extra volume, sharper moves, and unpredictable swings, especially into the close.

Policymakers signaled two more rate cuts expected before year-end (October and December), but views are mixed and the labor-market risks were prominently flagged.

That could lead to all sorts of positioning today that creates incredible price swings…

What are you looking for today as a trader?

How about? Massive swings in the late-day trading session… with triple witching, mis-pricing and hedging flows can dominate.

How about big moves in Treasury yields, particularly the 10-year?

If yields rise (on inflation worries or weaker data), mortgage rates and borrowing costs stay elevated.

And what about continued big moves in small caps?

The Russell 2000 has just hit a new high, and we can expect increased volatility.

If you’re ready to trade today’s breakouts and breakdown stocks… I’ll be live at 8:45 this morning. All you need to do is click THIS LINK…

Runner drops at 9…

And we’ll be ready to rock…

Stay positive,

Garrett Baldwin
